    NOTE (Cancellation Policy):   If you find yourself unable to attend, please make every effort to cancel your reservation as soon as possible with an email to Phil Der at pder@wbcm.com or  410-512-4520. No shows for confirmed reservations will be invoiced if a reservation is not canceled 30 hours prior to the start of the meeting.
